We always use Zerorez for our carpet and furniture cleaning. Your staff does a wonderful job and my carpet which is 19 years old looks so good afterwards that no one believes it has been there all those years!

Everyone at the office was SUPER friendly and helpful. They did exactly what I wanted and in a very timely manner. Also, even delivered my couch cushions to my home, which I didn't expect. The price was good. And the cushions looked super clean. I was extremely pleased and impressed. Second time that I have used them, and I certainly would again.

Seth was right on top of things from the start, listening to what I wanted done and asking for specifics on how to respect my house (such as putting up barriers and such). He was polite and reassuring. He did a great job, and was fast! I had prepared my next appointment with a heads up that I may be late depending on when and how long the cleaning was, but he got to my place early, was fast, careful, and got done all my cleaning requests just on time for me to leave.

We love that they use hot water to clean carpets vs soap that can leave a film. They always do a great job taking care of any spots we have. Dillon did a great job for us this past weekend getting our carpets cleaned for spring!
