The cleaning technician arrived in a timely manner, with proper notice of his arrival time. He was very personable and professional, carefully explaining what he was about to do and how long it would take to do it. He gave us good information on what to do with the drying process and what problems we might expect. All in all, it was a job well done on a very old carpet, and we are very appreciative.
