The 2 cleaning guys were professional and courteous. However, after the carpet dried, it appears they were unable to remove some dirt stains in the higher traffic areas. They were on time and completed the job in a timely fashion. The result of the service was a much improved feel and look of the carpet. There was, however, a stain on the driveway. I hope it will wash away in the rain which we are currently receiving.

Technician we had did a thorough job
