The carpets don't feel sticky or crispy after cleaning and carpets stay cleaner longer than with chemical carpet cleaning services. There are no chemical smells using Zerorez. Professional, friendly, and thorough staff. Thumbs up to Zerorez!

James was neat and very conscience. The thing I don't like is the "bait and switch" mode you use. One quote over the phone but to get the job done right, there are add on's. I would prefer one quote over the phone that covers the maximum protection spray.
