The two employees who came to our house to clean our carpets were very friendly and helpful. I was considering additional tile cleaning and upholstery cleaning and they told me that they weren't needed. I really appreciated that they didn't try to upsell me for unneeded services. I will use Zerorez again (was told won't need for about 36 months) and I've already highly recommended Zerorez to one friend and will definitely recommend to more.
