The technician walked through the areas to be cleaned to ensure he knew the exact areas. He experienced equipment problems but advised us that the work would be completed by another technician. However, he was able to fixed his equipment issues and completed cleaning the carpet. When complete he explained how to care for the carpet until it dried. Overall we are very pleased with the cleaning.

We had zero rez here on June 27. We had your company here a few years back. Was completely satisfied, so why not do it again.
This time we were also very satisfied. The gentelman was friendly, clear on his communication of what was needed in our "trouble spots" and overall did a very good...fast...job of cleaning
up the mess. He said "white like" carpet" shows everything...yup we know that. When we change out in a couple years, it won't be white.like!!
The drying took a couple days which we attributed to him really soaking up the trouble spots, but putting a couple fans for a couple days did the trick.
All in all we were very satisfied with having you here again. Will see you in the future i am sure. Thank You.
