Orlandis was pleasant, polite, efficient, worked with our room sizes to give us a fair price . . . and now that it is close to 48 hours after the cleaning, we are pleased with the results.
A comment:
The carpets were certainly not dry in 4-8 hours, even with us having six fans running non-stop, plus a couple dehumidifiers. We knew not to return furniture until 24 hours, so we hadn't expected to get things back in order until last night . . . and actually waited until today. This is in the basement, and it was particularly humid the day the carpets were cleaned, so I assume that had some effect, but it still seems that you might adjust your advertising to reflect that customers may not get to put their house back in order so quickly.
