The technician explained beforehand what he would be doing. He seemed concerned with not damaging anything in the house. He showed me "before" and "after" photos when the work was complete.

Zerorez is the only company I've ever used to clean our carpets over the years - and is the only company I will ever use. They don't use perfumes, chemicals, etc. to clean the carpets so the carpets are always cleaned fresh and new - no sticky residue, scents, etc. The carpets also always come out totally clean!
