I phoned customer service with concerns about dark areas in my carpet in the high traffic area. A return visit was scheduled the next day and the technician Dominick did a very good job in the area, bringing up some sizeable amounts of additional dirt fibers from my carpet. He explained that due to the age of the carpet worn fibers would be normal and make it difficult to get the area totally clean. It was definitely improved from the first visit.

We have used Zerorez several times. The carpeting seemed to be more wet than previous times. It has taken longer time to dry out.
Carpet is clean. Service Tech communicated everything he did. Everyone I have talked to at Zerorez has been kind and listened to my concerns. Found solutions to the concerns I had.

As I posted on Google, Alex did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets, sofa, and recliner. He explained the process, listened to my needs, and answered all my questions. The carpet in one of my rooms was older than 22-year-old Alex, but now it looks nearly new. Scheduling was easy and I couldn't be happier with the results. No harsh chemicals or residue on carpets. They look like new when done, and they dry fast. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Ive been using them for about 10 years, and never disappointed in their carpet cleaning.
