I have been very happy in the past. I know my carpet is getting older or should I say old - but I felt like there were a couple of spots that showed up after the carpet cleaning and wondering if that is normal. The technician did the pretreatment - but I wonder if I / or he missed a couple of spots. Thank you.

I love Zero Rez - excellent cleaning and service. This particular time, many of the spots didn't come out of the carpets but I'm chalking that up to the carpets being old. Zero Rez will come back if they need to redo some cleaning if requested.
