We had the carpet cleaner out and we are very satisfied with his service. Our cat was ill and was going potty in different places in our living room. She died a couple of weeks ago and I tried to get those areas cleaned up but there was still a urine smell. The tech went above and beyond to get rid of the smell in those areas. We are very grateful for his service' Thank you so much.
