The associate, Chris, was amazing. He explained everything thoroughly and patiently answered our questions. He was professional and friendly. I did not believe that our basement carpet could possibly come clean. The upstairs carpeting is navy colored so the dirt is more difficult to0 see. I was frankly embarrassed but Chris was so kind. I watched him cleaning the carpets and was utterly amazed. I could actually see the ground in, disgusting dirt disappear. The basement carpet was not only clean; it was saved. We really thought we'd have to tear it up. The carpets not only look clean, they smell wonderful and feel so soft. They truly look virtually new. I had heard all the benefits of using zerorez but the results honestly surpassed anything I could have imagined. I will never use any other carpet cleaning company! Zerorez is the bomb!!
