We had great technicians (Peter & Mark...will request them again). The carpets look and feel as new as is possible for carpeting that is 13 years old. We were looking to buy a little time.

Prompt, my carpet looks awesome, no soaps!! Very friendly staff (Derrick), the carpet felt dry so much sooner than other companies. We simply feel like we are getting the best quality for a reasonable price!
