Technician's work hard to answer all of our questions ahead of time, look for ways to help us better take advantage of the services and makes it very clear as to what to expect when complete. The first time we has Zerorez come in we were skeptical about the protectant and how much it would due based on two very active dogs, but after the second cleaning, we are believers. The Carpet looks just like new despite the fact that two dogs do their best to make it a dirty mess!
