We have lived in our home for 17 years. We have only used Zerorez to clean our carpets. We have been told that carpets these days should only last about 7-8 years. We credit Zerorez for the 17 year longevity. Thank you Zerorea

The guys are always so nice and polite. This time I had the pleasure of meeting Amos. He was considerate of my home taking care when bringing in and taking out the equipment. He explained the process very well, asked for feedback and took care to address the problem areas I had pointed out and then got to work. He was personable and did a great job. And just as important to me, he was friendly and accepting of my very exhuberent dog who loves to get company. I'm always pleased with the service I get from your company and will continue to contact you in the future and encourage my friends to do the same.

I had what I thought were permanent pet stains. I was only hopeful that the Zerorez cleaning would deodorize the stains and reduce the discoloration. I was absolutely AMAZED at how the Zerorez Level 2 Advanced Bio Treatment reduced the horrid stains to invisibility. There is no doubt in my mind that Zerorez produced the WOW factor they promised.

Customer service is outstanding. All costs are fully explained before work begins, there are offers of products I may be interested in but no pressure at all to purchase. Work was done efficiently and everything looked great.

What do you like about our products and services?

The work is completed in as timely a manner as possible, given that extra attention is given to stubborn stains on the carpets. The carpets look terrific after the cleaning and the whole house smells fresh. Alex worked wonders on red wine stain on white carpet and cleaned up the
dark areas where our dog would lie down and the oils from her skin left shadowing on the white carpet. Thank you Alex.
