Fast and Easy!! The guys explained everything they were going to do. I even had them clean my tiles which I hadn't said when I made the appointment. I though the guy would say No I don't have time for that. He said Sure and did a great job on the carpet and the tile too.

The carpets look amazing, almost brand new. We had one spot that came back however,so I called Zerorez back and had no issues with the reschedule. You really do honor the 30 day guarantee!. However my cleaner that came that day was complaining about how his day was long and we were the last appointment and he just wanted to 'be done'. He wasn't sure if he should charge me and even suggested I should pour water on it myself and use a shopvac. That's why I called -so I don't have to do it myself! He was upset that the previous clients didn't have their air conditioner on. I was really appalled with his attitude. He did take care of it but spent more time complaining than just fixing the problem. It was a really strange experience.
