The Zerorez technichan is professional and helpful. I have used you for years and have never been let down. I have two dogs and it always amazes me how great my carpets look and smell once you have cleaned them.

The products you use from pre-treatment to soap were not left in the carpets! That makes for very clean and soft carpets. My old carpets have never looked so good. Rob, my technician was a pleasure to work with. The technician found asbestos in our furnace area. He refused to do the job because it was not safe for any of us. He recommended someone to help us and when we rescheduled Zerorez and he still found some residue, he insisted the job be done correctly. When he did our vents and lines, he found a REAL mess. We have been remodeling. Having to take longer than he expected did not throw him, he just did a great job. Two friends had recommended Zerorez to us and we will be recommending it to others.

I just had my air ducts cleaned. Matt took a video of what he was getting from my vents. Having two cats I needed to get it done but he was also showing me that some of it was construction dust. I also decided to have the air purifier added because my daughter has allergies. This is the 4th time I've had Zerorez to my home for a service and I have always been very pleased with the professional, kind and knowledgeable technicians. I will never use anyone else.
