The time window I was given was between 3:00 & 6:00 pm. They called at about 2:45 pm and said they were on their way. Arrived at 3:00 pm. I was so impressed. I had the stairs leading to the basement and the basement hallway cleaned. Nick and Simeon did an EXCELLENT job. They were very friendly, polite and thorough. Also, I had bought a new rug for my dining room area and Nick noticed it and suggested that it be treated to extend the wear of the rug. So I had him spray it as well. I would definitely use Zerorez again and would recommend them to everyone I know.

What I loved most was the lack of chemical smell. We've used other companies and were satisfied but always had something to complain about and never went with them the following year. We'll definitely use ZEROREZ again.
