I believe the business associates that was sent to my house was Alex. He was very knowledgeable about all the products. He had a great attitude and made this process so easy for me. great professional job and attitude

I really appreciated being able to just drop off our area rugs at their location (and get a discount ). The rugs came back good as new, no odors from chemicals. Going to have them come and clean our carpets next.

Like your customer service. Your personnel is professional and appointment was timely. When the carpet dries thoroughly, in 3 weeks, we will really be about to tell how well the dirt in the high traffic areas was cleaned.

Don't bother hiring anyone else to clean your carpets. First of all, they CLEAN your carpets and they were almost dry by the time I got home and definitely dry in 16 hours. I am so impressed with their communication, how straight forward they are with how they work. It is so rare to find a company like this. Thank you Zerorez.

Zerorez was wonderful to work with. We needed to rush to get the carpets cleaned because my mom is getting ready to have a stem cell transplant. Zerorez put my mom to the top of the list. They worked with her to pick a time that was convenient for her. Most importantly they did a bacterial treatment free of charge to help with her recovery. We would recommend them to anyone!

The carpet cleaning service was very good - thank you. The only thing that could have been better was receiving a call earlier as to what the window of arrival would be for the cleaning, such that I could have planned my schedule better. 22 hours notice was manageable, but it would have been preferable to have 36-48 hours notice as to whether it would be morning or afternoon.

I love the convenience the ease of booking for an appointment, I love all of the people their customer service is outstanding very sensitive to your needs, I had two different text Billy and Jay both of these gentlemen were outstanding with their customer service. They explained everything to me thoroughly and went over everything that I didn't think about oh, they were very polite. Also they were both very respectful I'm making sure that they had covers on their shoes as soon as they walked in the door. Make sure that I was happy with the results before they left. I get a call from one of their people in the office to make sure everything was good. The pricing was excellent for the services.

I am putting my home up for sale and I have been so worried that I will need to buy new carpeting which is totally out of my budget with a fixed income money doesn't go far. But because of your company I have a new carpet without the expense. So thank you so much to all of you.

We found the service technician to be personable, informed, and helpful.

We have had zerorez coming to our home for years. Leaves my home smelling natural and not full of chemical or fragrance smell. Professional and knowledgeable workers, honest on what products we need or services. We had out tech look into our vents and he indicated we were not needing a cleaning for the vents.
