The resident in #608 was not happy. She said that he was in there for less than 10 minutes and only went over the spots one time. They are still there. 802 did not get clean but the carpet was very dirty from the resident who lived there for one + year. There were cigarette burns that I did not see in that carpet before so I am going to have to replace it anyway.

The carpet looks like new in our sunroom and staircase. The living room still has some pet spots, but they did tell us we would see some once it dried. We did have the level 1 treatment done, but it still looks better than before they cleaned. Thank you!

What's not to like?
I brought my area rug in with bad pet stains and they were able to get it all out!! I was going to just throw out the rug and have to pay hundreds for a new one but zerorez saved my rug!
