The tech had a cancellation so he called to see if he could come early. He was very knowledgable and didnt promise anything he couldnt committ to. Very friendly, worked quickly, cleaned up after himself and was pleasant to be around. i would definately recommend Zerorez. I will continue to use them in the future.
I love everything about Zerorez. Scott was a wonderful tech who calmly and efficiently explained what he would be doing. I was amazed at his cleanliness, attitude and willingness to do exactly what I needed. He moved some furniture and spent extra time deep cleaning and sanitizing certain areas. Because I have breathing problems, I needed the bacterial applications to be thorough. I was skeptical about what the odor would be and to my surprise, there was very very little after odor to linger for days. And the carpet didn't 'crunch' when I walked on it! The cost of the cleaning was definitely important, and I certainly got my money's worth.
Again, praise for Scott! He gave my visiting friend one of his cards and I am encouraging her to use it!

I love the dependability, professionalism, consideration of many little things i.e. corner wall protecters , rubber mats on flooring under water hoses, inspection of the job so I the customer iam satisfied, technicians wearing booties over their shoes. I love that two of you come together.
