Our carpet was filthy and they worked very hard to successfully get it clean. They were polite/professional.

Derek was also a great help in setting me up with the appointments along with suggesting a few other areas that I over looked.

My only concern was it took 3 days for Zerorez to call me back after leaving two voice mails. By the time you called me back I had already call Derek and set up a time to meet. Thankfully I had his business card. If I didn't have his card I would have moved on to another carpet cleaning company and I would never consider Zerorez again even if you are the best in the business.

I love it! I never thought my old "cream" colored carpets could look this good again! Derek was awesome, answering my questions and letting me watch him clean that dirt away! I live in the country, and three sides of my house are exposed to plowed fields every year, that creates a lot of dust and no matter how hard you try, it gets into your home and carpets. No problem for Zerorez or their employee! In a snap it was all clean! I even booked an appointment for my ductwork! What an awesome job and awesome company! I'm going to clean yearly, rather than wait, the price was reasonable enough to do it every year!

Tech Glen Wogen did an excellent job and was very professional.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the man who cleaned my carpets. He was very respectful of my description of my needs. He took the time needed and did an amazing job. I have really bad carpet due to fostering dogs. It ALWAYS comes clean if the cleaner listens to my directions. He saved me from having to buy new carpet for another year. I recommend Zerorez to everyone! I've never been disappointed.

The natural cleaners used, the knowledge of the technician to explain what he was doing and why.

Because we have allergic reactions to many chemical smells, we like the citrus smell, rather than a chemical smell. Once the carpet is cleaned, it just smells fresh and clean. The person cleaning our carpet with very polite, asked questions, and wanted to make sure that the job was done up to our expectations.

The technician called in advance to ensure appt still worked. He walked through everything explained it all. He asked if I would smell the carpet to know it still needed further treatment. I didn't feel like I was being sold something I didn't need!

This was my first time using Zero-Rez. It was great. I loved the way they sealed my front door opening off only to allow the hoses to come in. I was keen on the green aspect of their process. I was pleasantly pleased how clean my 17 year white carpeting came out. The technician was very professional and more important respectful of my home. In addition, he had a pleasant attitude. Was also interested in him letting me know what other service you can provide like area carpets cleaning and repair. May use that in the future. Heard the ad on Wcco! I will definitely use them again.
