After my 14 year old dog had a accident on the carpeting, I made a desperate call to Zerorez. They not only squeezed me into their busy schedule the following day, I even got my requested technician from a previous cleaning.

Zerorez consistently does a fantastic job and my carpets look fabulous. Thank you, thank you!

If only my husband had remembered to use the Zerorez coupon I had set out for him...my only complaint.

Zero Rez seems to get a lot of difficult stains out—there were a couple on the family room carpet that are not completely gone. The sofa and 3 chairs they cleaned look fabulous! I bought the small bottles of cleaner and, hopefully, one to take the odor from pet accidents away!

Our carpets look and feel like the day they were installed almost 15 years ago! The person who did the job was able to come early and was very efficient, thorough and finished in a timely manner. It was a super experience!
