The service I received as excellent. The people who serviced my whole house came on-time, introduced themselves, and talked me through everything I was having done prior to starting the work. They worked hard and didn't skimp on anything. They were open and honest about additional costs due to pet stains so I was in control over what was being done and the costs. At the last minutes, I decided to have my 2 rugs cleaned and the same day they took my rugs to their shop - no hassle!
