The technician was great. Neat and careful with my floors. Got a few stains out I didn't expect to get out as they had been there a while and others had tried, saved my carpet.

Your people are very professional and polite. In addition they notify us of he schedule and they show up when they say they will, so we can be ready for them.

My tech (Alex) was fantastic! He explained the process clearly and was so thorough in the job he did. It was the best clean I've had, even from Zerorez. I've already mentioned this experience to 3 co-workers.

I don't know if a customer can request a specific tech when they schedule a clean, but I will ask for him again in 12 months when it's time to do this again.

Nathaniel did a spectacular job. He explained what he does and listened to what we wanted, and took care of the difficult areas. He was knowledgeable, patient, understanding, and thorough.

Dan Relyea and Alex arrived on time, were polite and courteous, were very thorough, explained the procedures and fees, and asked if we had any questions. They did an amazing job getting out the stains in our carpet and our high traffic areas looked so much better! This is our third experience with zerorez. Our first experience was great, the second was ok, but our recent cleaning was exceptional. We are so pleased with the service of Dan and Alex and how well our carpets, chair, and rug look!
