Zerorez does what they say. They say they will call three days before day of appointment and they do. They say the driver/ technician will call the day of the appointment and they do.
Very courteous, easy to talk to, efficient techs. They know the different types of carpets and how each have to be handled differently.
The process is quick and thorough and smells good too!

He did an awesome job, very considerate to our requests. The carpets looks great, almost looks brand new. Couldn’t be any happier. Only comment is, it was a one man crew, so I have to help him moving the heavy furniture. Given that I came out of flu like symptoms few days ago, I wasn’t really looking forward to heavy lifting. Send two member crew next time Zerorez.
