My two service techs were Dominic and Dustin. They were wonderful!! They were so polite as they explained the process and then we decided what my carpet needed. My 17 year old carpet looks beautiful now. Drew helped set up the appointment and gave me great information about the upcoming cleaning. Very pleased !!!

It wasn't just the products and services, it was the people! The 2 gentlemen that came to my house to do the cleaning were honest and took the time to explain different options to me. In the end I decided to order new carpet through zerorez- no hassles, no sales pitches! Instead I received straight forward advice and a great carpet, within a FEW days, and a resonable price. I would strongly recommend zerorez with their great staff and customer service to others.

Your guys always do a great job for us! We had some stubborn spots in our basement carpeting and after Nathan left they looked like new. He's a great tech and I'd have him back in a minute: professional, friendly, flexible and gets the job done with excellence.
