I like your service. I was sorry to see that you went away with the booties. Two years ago the guys would leave me with those blue booties to avoid stepping on the wet carpet for the next day or two. Didn't get those the last couple of times.

He was very knowledgeable about what type of treatments I needed for my carpet. I wasn't expecting a miracle being I have never had my carpet cleaned before. I was very happy with the results in the high traffic areas.

Technician was friendly and respectful. The work was thorough. Wish the technician would have put his slippers on inside the house at my front door rather than outside where my mat was snowy from a recent snow storm. His slippers brought in snow on my floors, so needed to do a quick clean up of my hallway after he was done.
