Friendly Customer Service, Helpful, and tries to answer all concerns. The product and procedure is pretty good, although remains to be seen. Our technician was Jack and he was really great, friendly, helpful with questions and explained process, and did not seem to rush the job. Availability of appointment dates were quite good, not a long wait out like weeks. Wish this service was more affordable though because it is so much pricier than other carpet cleaning companies so this may stop us from using the company again but we'll see.
