The technician explained everything to us and gave us options for removing stains, etc. He didn’t try to upsell the service, and he got the job done well in a reasonable time. Our carpet looks great and dried quickly.

The gentleman was prompt, polite, and explained things thoroughly to us. Our carpets look great. He also took the time to measure our tile floor to give us an estimate on cleaning this in the future.
