Our experience with Zeroez is always outstanding. We have never been disappointed with both the service and the help that come to our home. Always personable, always friendly, always pleasant. This last time however was a bit different. I walked him through the only area Zeroez has ever cleaned and told him, "This spot and this spot don't ever come up. Your co-workers have tried before and we know they won't come up, so don't worry too much. We know this carpet is old." Our worker for the day GOT BOTH STAINS OUT. We have had Zeroez over 4 times and this guy got out stains the other workers said would never come up so we just believed them. So, so impressed!
I moved into my house over 30 years ago when the carpet was new. I would be lying if I said my carpet looks new after all these years. After it is is cleaned, it does not look it's age. Tim did an amazing job. He was thorough and explained why after all these years that there were just some things that would not change. He also said it did not look 30 years old and explained how one person, over time, would keep the carpet looking good.I have a Lab who sheds all the time. I did vacuum up as much as I could before he came. He has two dogs so he was familiar with dog hair. I would highly recommend XEROREZ.
