The man that came to clean the carpets was very nice and professional. It was really hot out that day and he still did a wonderful job. He even took a moment to greet my dogs that I had block off in a different room. They were excited he was there!

They were very prompt and polite when they came to pick up my rug for cleaning. I’m still waiting to schedule a return of my rug to see how they did. The price for cleaning was very competitive.

Duane and his crew were very professional, friendly, knowledgable and helpful; advised me when I brought in two area rugs for cleaning, and expedited the pick up of three additional rugs. I am so happy that my rugs will be cleaned safely and expertly.
