I would have appreciated knowing that you do not ordinarily accept requests to clean carpet in a residence above the 2nd or 3d floor. As it was Jeremy was available almost immediately after I was informed that your ordinary process could not be used in my 4th floor apartment.
Had I allowed him to use your special process for cleaning cat vomit from 3 spots on the carpet my bill would have been exorbitantly high. I had to refuse what he said would have been the
recommended process on those spots. And actually for now the carpet looks pretty good.
