I had never worked with a professional carpet cleaning service before, and Kieth was very helpful! He explained the process, worked quickly across 3 rooms, two livings rooms, stairs and hallways — it was less than 1.5 hours, and provided advice on ways to maintain carpet quality between cleanings.

Jeff, the technician took a lot of pride in his work and training the new technician that accompanied him. He thoroughly cleaned the carpets and especially the stairs and they now look and smell fresh and clean! Another plus was that the carpets were dry by the time I got home from work. I would highly recommend Zerorez and especially Jeff, as his quality of work was exceptional!

Dan did an excellent job in cleaning our carpets. First time using Zerorez-- it wont be the last! I liked the fact that it doesn't leave any soap residue and how quickly it dried.
