Great service. I needed to have a return service due to a stubborn stain in a carpet. Called and was immediately scheduled to take care of the problem.
What I enjoy about the Zerorez products are; that my system doesn't respond with a migraine headache from the scent. I will not walk down the soap isle in a store because if I do I can count on taking home a migraine.

The rugs were clean and not very wet. They dried within a day. The representative that did the work was very careful of floors etc and was very pleasant and respectful. I enjoyed getting to know him.
