I love the service and the clean products you use. Our carpets look and feel wonderful. Ryan was very personable and did a great thorough job. He was very knowledgeable. I plan on requesting him in the future. I did, however, have a poor experience over the phone scheduling my appointment and my 2 other neighbors. The rep on the phone was not helpful and appeared to not want my business. I asked for a manager. The rep thought she put me on hold and spoke poorly of me to her manager. I could hear everything she said and she clearly panicked when I informed her that I could hear everything she said. If I had not used you guys in the past and knew I liked the service I would have taken my business elsewhere from the phone call.

this was a second time to redo our carpets because the first time was not done to our satisfaction. The person that came this time understood why we were unhappy. He redid all the areas and they turned out fine. We have used your service many times before and were very pleased.

I am very sensitive to chemicals and the smell was short-lived & not bothersome. The carpet on the stairs, that I considered replacing, looks NEW! It does take a long time for the carpets to dry.
My only concern is that the tile floor at the bottom and top of the stairs looks dirty now, because the places the cleaning solution dripped (top) or rubbed on the tiles (bottom of stairs) is much whiter. Cleaning with tile floor cleaner made no difference at all.
In order to have my tile floor look clean, it will need to be sprayed with your solution. Can I get a small bottle or have someone stop by & spray it?
