No high pressure to add other services. Gladly gave estimates for other services we asked about but didn't try to pressure us to get them now, but just call in the future when we are ready. Peter got right to work and finished our carpet cleaning in a short time. The carpet looks and feels clean and refreshed. It's still soft feeling as it was when new.
