Technicians were on time, courteous, and thorough. I felt much more comfortable moving into my new home with freshly cleaned carpets and vents! When my vent suddenly started making a weird noise a few days after the cleaning, the tech can back out and fixed the problem at no charge! (There was a light switch cover in the vent, and the duct needed patching). Excellent customer service - I will definitely use you again!

The carpets looked great and the slime was gone.

Very knowledgeable and friendly employee came to our house and did a great job on our carpets! It was a cold day and he even sealed the front door with a tarp while it needed to be open for the hoses to be run from the van into our house. I would recommend ZeroRez and would use them again!
