The carpet was dry in half the day with fans running. A bad red stain from cool-aid was removed with a heat method. Other stains were removed from the traffic area. No smell remained.The man who did my carpet was very good and knew what he was doing. I would recommend Zerorez to clean my carpet again.

Very good service. The guys came right on time, in fact a bit early which was nice. They did a very good job and told us exactly what they were doing and what came out of the vents, which gave us nice feedback as to when we are to do this again. The price was exactly as quoted with no surprises. Would refer others to Zerorez!
Our service tech, Ryan, was amazing!! He was very personable and professional and did a great job of cleaning our carpet. He was also very knowledgeable and did a wonderful job of explaining issues related to the carpet cleaning process. He assured us that if we had any further problems with odor etc...he would be happy to come back and resolve the problem. The carpet looks really nice and I feel like I learned a lot about carpet from Ryan. I would definitely use Zerorez for any carpet cleaning in the future! Thank you for your high quality service!!
