The carpets and furniture felt much cleaner due to a recent remodel that caused my house to be inundated with sheetrock dust and cement dust all over the carpet and furniture. Alex did a good thorough job on cleaning both and I would highly recommend Zerorez to others!

There was a mix up with our intended appointment which meant we stayed home from work and the technician didn’t arrive during our allotted time. The home office was friendly and offered options to get it rescheduled. But, making it even better, a manager called and provided us with a discount to make up for the error. This kind of customers service isn’t always the case these days!
