Our tech was great, friendly and knowledgeable. The amount charged for upgrades needed to be added to the “special rate” adds up quickly to not be a special rate though. Our “special rate” for 2 bedrooms and staircase of $159 totaled out to be $380.

I have had zerorez a few times and they do an excellent job. My burber carpet is about 26 years old and cream colored. In the hall it needs to be raked and they are very obliging when I ask them to do this. My carpet comes out looking brand new. I love it. This time I had my 17 year old sofa cleaned for the first time. I was afraid to do it before because it has a cherry red background and thought it might lost its brightness. But I trusted Zerorez because they do not use chemicals and it looks beautiful. Thank you

Ryan was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was obvious he loves his job and has a passion for what he does. Zerorez left our carpet with little to no odor (there was one trouble spot that he is coming back to take care of). Will probably have Zerorez does annually as long as we are in this house.

Ryan the technician did a great job of explaining everything. Price is higher then other companies but he did a good job. We did a topical treatment for biological odors and it seems to have helped.
