Justin was super helpful as I had just returned from a week long vacation and couldn't be there while he did the cleaning. He connected with me prior to cleaning and after to let me know what results he saw. He was extremely professional and very knowledgeable on everything. The person who cleaned our carpet was very polite, and quite. In and out in 1.5 hours.

I was very happy with the first trip z erorez made to my home, although Damion was almost two hours later than window. But I was notified of delay and these things happen,right? So, its important that I mention that Damion did a great job thru the condo ,leaving living room to last. But by the time he started working on living room, it was dark in living room and apartment was not furnished yet, so we didn't have lights in there. Damion went over floor as best he could, but couldn't see any spots that needed special attention as in rest of condo. I moved in last week and noticed shadow stains in living room, and decided the carpet in that room needed a little extra attention again. I spoke to Kyle and Damion showed up sat morn to redo and we could see spots this time. Once again Damion did a great job, and I in no way wanted to make him feel bad, or be reprimanded for a situation that just happened. I loved the chemicals z erorez uses, no oders to bother my asthma, and the carpet feels clean..drys fast too!
