We had our carpets cleaned on Saturday, April 20th in Farmington, MN. John R was our service tech. John was extremely professional and courteous. He made sure to place booties on his feet when entering our home. He made sure we understood the process and gave us a chance to view areas as he cleaned them to be sure we were in agreement as to what areas should be cleaned. He placed corner protectors where necessary and cleaned up when finished. He even took a moment to show me how dirty the water was when he was finished (I was curious to see since we were the first job for that truck). John mentioned that while he feels he needs to work on his overall speed in completing jobs that his goal is to be the best. I'd say he is well on his way to that goal. Very happy with our results. Thank you, Pat and Michelle Peterson.

What do you like about our products and services?

We are very happy with how our carpets look after having them cleaned by ZEROREZ. We used a cheaper company once before and was so disappointed with how our carpets turned out. The service technicians are very knowledgeable and friendly.Will not use any other carpet cleaning company but ZEROREZ.

They didn't have a chemical smell, rugs looked great after shampooing, he worked really hard on the worst places, house smelled fresh. Will definitely call for the rest of our house.

Our technicians appear to of done a good job of cleaning the carpets. They were respectful of carefully moving our furniture/boxes. They arrived within 30 minutes of the agreed-upon window.

Everything- the get up spots, the carpet is Ike but it still looks great after a cleaning. I highly recommend you to everyone. And you team that came out was very nice and professional.
