Specifically, Jonathan was an exceptionally professional carpet care provider. He reviewed the areas I wished cleaned. Then, he thoroughly explained what could be done to address the pet concerns that existed with my carpets. We agreed upon what would be done. Jonathan proceeded with the work, completing it in a good timeframe.

So easy to schedule and came out within a few days of my phone call trying to get our house on the market. Haylynn (sp?) was awesome- she called and was ahead of schedule so got the job done early, efficiently, and well- the carpets look great. She even provided me with a quote to clean our wool rug after we’re done selling. Will definitely use zerorez again!
I had a couple spots that were missed and Zerorez came back out with the 30 day guarantee and got them out. Great service.
