Real clean

We have carpet in a kids’ play room - a place that accumulates a lot of staining throughout the year. When Zerorez comes in, the room is refreshed and the carpet looks good as new. I was excited to have our sectional and kitchen tile cleaned this time too. We don’t have a monthly cleaning service, so getting this done in the spring feels very worth it!

It's effective--I have two dogs and ZeroRez is the only carpet cleaning company which consistently gets urine and doggie smell out of the carpets. The techs are wonderful too--thorough, hard-working, considerate, helpful, and informative. Dustin was at my house on Thursday and did a fantastic job--he made sure he covered the estimate, clearly explained what he could accomplish (to set expectations), worked very effectively (managed to clear out 99% of the smell, which is fantastic), and then summarized and explained everything he did. Each time I have ZeroRez to the house they just keep sending great people!

Our service representative, Dylan was terrific. He was very professional, informational and service oriented. He worked quickly and thoroughly. I waited 16 hours for complete drying to assess the finished product. We had 3 rooms cleaned and they look fantastic! This was our first experience with ZEROREZ. We would definitely use this company again!

Matthew was very professional and pleasant. He was considerate, knowledgeable and very efficient. The process of cleaning the ducts was easy to prepare for and the debris in the ducts contained so we had little to do after it was done. It's too soon to rave about the results in the house but the videos I saw looked like a sand storm in the desert!

Everything I had done was noticeably cleaner than when I had it done in the past by other companies.

Damian was very knowledgeable about the process, explained everything thoroughly and made sure all of our questions were answered. He was friendly and great to work with.
