The scheduling was easy... The young men called and even showed up a bit early. We were ready and waiting.... They were friendly, explained what was going to be done.... They worked very well together, and our beautiful carpet looks brand new... It was wonderful to have our less than a year old carpet back, looking plush and beautiful again... They offered to spray a stain resistent on to keep it clean longer.... But with medical expenses this past year, we simply told them we'd schedule them to come back.... and we will.. We will recommend ZEROREZ to our friends. Our neighbors found you alread...
