The thoroughness of the cleaning process. The technician efficiently cleaned a heavily soiled area and restored it to a very good condition. The Zerorez staff that did my carpet did a excellent job.
The tech who came out to our house was very thorough and explained the various stains. He did a very thorough job cleaning our 11 year old carpet and got most of the stains out. We were very happy with the results! Will continue to only use ZEROREZ.

I like the technical side that your empowered water does a better job of cleaning and removing the soap residue as compared to your competition or a regular carpert shampoo.
Zerorez was easy to schedule. They came during the stated time. I was pleased that they went trough everything with me, including the charges, before they began. It took less than an hour for 5 rooms plus a hallway. The carpeting was dry by the next morning and it looks great!

I really liked how professional the 2 tech’s were. They explained the process, let me ask any questions or concerns I had, and were very respectful of my home .
I had some stains that really concerned me . I didn’t know what they were. When I moved into my home, they were already there . They looked at the stains, told me they would do the best they could to see how to remove them.
I’m so impressed , they were able to remove them. I was ready to have the carpet removed. Now I don’t have to. So happy with a job . Would definitely recommend Zerorez.
