The job always comes out an the carpet looks nice when they leave no smell just a nice feeling knowing they did the best job possible.

The employee was very informative about my options. He also accepted my decisions about not having the extra option done. I dislike when a sales person pushes too much

He also explained the process. He got out a stain I could not get out. He used a deodorizer because of the dog. The carpets came out clean and were dry the next day

He also warned us about walking on the carpet and then on a non carpeted floor could be very slippery.

I also liked being able to do a call back for the extra pet treatment paying only the extra charge that was offered the first time

I was very pleased that you upheld your satisfaction guarantee and returned to redo the portions of our carpet that still had spots. Evidently the carpet wasn't too dense as I thought; it just needed further cleaning. It looks so nice now! I After being told that a more experienced person would be sent to re-do the carpet, and that anew person was being trained in when my carpet was first cleaned, which could have caused the problem. I was surprised to see the same person at my door a second time, and with a new trainer to help! But what matters, is that after 3 weeks, my carpet is now clean. I got my money worth which was all I wanted. Thanks!
