We've been wanting to try Zerorez for awhile and finally did this past week. I will never use another carpet cleaning company. We rent and the carpet is at least 20 years old. It now looks like it has received a face lift. It's not perfect, of course, but it's 100% better than any other company has done. The technician was very knowledgeable and kind. We received the sanitizer and deodorizer which was a game changer. I LOVE THIS COMPANY!
