Ryan was very friendly, professional and clearly knew his job well. He did a great job and was finished in a very reasonable amount of time. I really appreciated that he read the note I had made on my online appointment where I requested the earliest arrival time. He was running a little early and asked if I wanted him to come earlier, which I did - it worked out great. Definitely asking for Ryan again when it's time for the next round of cleaning.

We’ve been very happy for several years with the high quality of the Zerorez products. In addition to our carpets, Zerorez has also cleaned upholstery for us. In all cases, the carpets/chairs have stayed fresh and clean much longer, and the dry time was only 2-3 hours. Our past experience was 6-8 hours. Also, the Zerorez technicians are awesome! Customer service is excellent. We’ve referred Zerorez to several friends, and all have been very pleased with the results. We will continue to use Zerorez for all our carpet and upholstery needs!
