I was able to set up an appointment that worked with my schedule and not have to wait for several weeks. The tech was on time, calling ahead to make sure date/time still worked for me, and he was pleasant. He provided different information and suggestions, but was not pushy or treat me negatively. The carpets look and smell great! Thank you.

My technician was on time, very courteous, and explained details very well. He also did a great job especially considering the condition of the carpet. It had not been professionally cleaned for at least 10 years, and before our 21 year old kitty died he was marking a lot.
