Stain removal and service
We had an elderly dog that, toward the end of her life, had difficulty making it outside to go to the bathroom. Our 25 yr old carpet had several stains in 2 main rooms of the house, in addition to stains in the high traffic areas throughout the home. We’ve used Zerorez before with great results so we called them again. They certainly came through yet again! We specifically requested to have Roosevelt Williams be our Technician as he was highly recommended by our neighbor whose carpet he also cleaned. Roosevelt is personable, professional, & very thorough! We are extremely pleased with his work & so glad we used Zerorez again! We would never think of calling anyone else!

The carpets came out very clean even though there were stains and heavy soiling. The technician was friendly and professional and did a great job.
The service man was so friendly, even our dog liked him. I never knew I could get my cleaning kit refilled. No one ever mentioned that to me. So I've used it so sparingly. Found out we get free refills. And of course they are always on time.
