Tech showed up between the scheduled times. Tech was up front about the scope of work. Work was done in a professional manner. The only thing I didn't like was the mention of a "tip". With costs going up everywhere and fees added to everything you end up paying more for the same service. "add-ons " have to stop somewhere.
Pretty efficient, could have protected stairwells trim better when dragging hoses around.
The gentleman that came to clean our carpets was such a nice and respectful man. He did a great job and was such a pleasant person.

Zerorez products did the job and I had some bad food stains and traffic pattern soiling. The cleaning products smelled so good.
