Darryl was AWESOME! He was scheduled to arrive between 12-3 & arrived a few minutes before 12 which was great. He did a fantastic job on the rooms & stairs. Honestly, I didn't think the carpet could be cleaned..Well I was so wrong..The living & dining room look new as well as the stairs. I can't describe how horrible they looked. The den has a tougher carpet type & my husband and I just knew we would be advised to get rid of it but no Darryl did a wonderful job bringing it back to its cream/off white color. This carpet was heavily stained which couldn't be completely removed. The stains are a few to several yrs old so this was no surprise. We were realistic going in but the surprise was how clean it was overall. We will be going with Zerorez from now on & requesting Darryl. He cares about doing a great job & has great customer service skills. So happy we finally got this done after almost 10yrs..yes almost 10 yrs of dirt was removed today!!! Thank you Darryl & Zerorez😊

I was impressed how professional your service person was.Service man called that he would be at my house in twenty minutes and he was at my house by 1:30 pm. My time was between 12:00 pm and 3:00 pm He answered all questions, made recommendations. He was very friendly, pleasant. I will recommend Zerorez to anyone who asks and will definitively use again. I feel as though Zerorez offers effective products that are environmentally safe. The technician, Ryan, who cleaned my carpet explained the process and got great results. He also offered suggestions on how to maintain the carpet between cleanings. I highly recommend Zerorez!

Easy to schedule an appointment. Technicians know how to get the stains out and recommend products but aren’t pushy about it.

The two men were great and explained the whole process and recommended the best options for us. There was no pushing on extra services they made sure we needed it. Extremely friendly and so helpful. I would recommend them to anyone!

I wanted a quick pick up of my rug. They scheduled it right away. The rug looks great, they fixed a few things, and got it back in a timely way. The two guys who delivered were friendly and efficient and put the rug back in place. All good!
