The technician, Tom Peterson, was great. He called approximately 10 minutes prior to his arrival. The three hour window previously provided was 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. and he arrived a bit after 8:00 a.m. Walked through the house and Mr. Peterson provided me with all of the anticipated costs associated with the job. Mr. Peterson was efficient and very personable throughout. A very easy and thorough project.

Dash was great -- personable, concerned, committed to doing a great job. And he did. He explained the process to me ahead of time, worked consistently the whole time he was at our house, and cleaned everything up before he left. I recommend him highly.

Your staff (on the phone and the man who cleaned the carpet) were very knowledgeable, friendly, and polite. Service was excellent. I was very pleased with the result but I wish there was something to get out coffee stains! One negative, I bought your spot cleaner and decided to work on the coffee spots to see if I can further lighten. The plastic spray bottle is a piece of junk...doesn’t spray if the bottle isn’t completely full. I had to transfer the contents to a better spray bottle. A $20 product should come with a decent spray bottle!

We have used Zerorez the last two times we have needed our carpet and/or furniture cleaned. After trying many other companies, we are now Zerorez happy customers. The carpets look new when they finish, and no areas of dirt reappear a few days later, like they did when we had other services clean them. Our carpeting are 15 years old, and no one would ever guess that!
